Wal-Mart’s Troubles

Not sure how companies that are sophisticated is so many areas like Wal-Mart make such unsound decisions like setting up fake blogs.  I am not sure if it is ignorance or arrogance, but in either case, companies should know better.  Organizations need to understand that the rules are changing and consumers demand transparency and value two-way communication.
